All Twisted Characters in Dandy's World
Twisted are the corrupted monster forms of Dandy's World Toons. They hunt players during every run — they are enemies, not playable characters. Here's every confirmed Twisted and what you need to know about them.
Confirmed Twisted Forms
Twisted form of Astro. Encountering Twisted Astro grants Research % toward unlocking the playable Astro (requires 100% Research).
Twisted form of Shelly. Research on this Twisted is required to unlock the playable Shelly (Main Character M-004).
Twisted form of Sprout. 100% Research on Twisted Sprout is required to unlock the playable Sprout (Main Character M-003).
Twisted form of Vee. 100% Research on Twisted Vee is required to unlock the playable Vee (Main Character M-005).
Twisted form of Waxwell, the newest Toon (released August 2026). 50% Research on Twisted Waxwell is required to unlock him.
Twisted form of Gigi. 50% Research on Twisted Gigi is required to unlock the playable Gigi.
Twisted form of Bassie. Flower traps slow you and drain stamina; vine spikes deal a Heart of damage. She stuns herself while her vines are active.
Twisted form of Blot. Stationary body with two Ichor arms that patrol and slam for 1 Heart of damage. Research comes from the arms, not the body.
Twisted form of Bobette. Fastest Main Twisted (25 chase speed). Hears Items/Tapes/Ornaments being picked up and rushes to the location.
Twisted form of Boxten. Average Common Twisted with no special abilities, but a dark palette makes him sneaky in Blackouts.
Twisted form of Brightney. Glows red through walls, revealing her position. Rerolls Blackout chance on her floor.
Twisted form of Brusha. Vandalizes Machines with graffiti, cutting Skill Check chance by 15%. Disruptive but interruptible.
Twisted form of Coal. Slow on normal floors (16 chase), but jumps to 25 chase speed in Blackouts with expanded detection.
Twisted form of Cocoa. Runs at 21 speed and can hop over obstacles — islands and barriers don't save you from her.
Twisted form of Connie. Wanders invisible and possesses Machines; extracting a possessed Machine triggers an unavoidable attack.
Twisted form of Cosmo. No-ability Common Twisted with a dark palette; occasionally pairs with Twisted Sprout for a double-chase.
Twisted Dandy is the corrupted boss variant of Dandy. Lethal-class: can one-shot Toons and triggers on completing Machines under certain conditions [verify].
Twisted form of Dyle. Lethal-class with a rage-speed mechanic; can one-shot Toons. Tied to 25-Machine progression.
Twisted form of Eclipse. Rare-class: her scream pulls every unclaimed Twisted on the floor toward her position.
Twisted form of Eggson. No-ability Common Twisted — a pure baseline roaming chaser.
Twisted form of Finn. Uncommon-class: spawns 3 Ichor puddles; Barnaby attaches to him for up to 20s.
Twisted form of Flutter. Rare-class: zero idle frames makes her pathing unpredictable — she patrols endlessly.
Twisted form of Flyte. Uncommon-class: slow but patrols endlessly, like a weaker Flutter.
Twisted form of Ginger. Uncommon-class: 10-second attention span — the longest in the game.
Twisted form of Glisten. Rare-class with a mirror-based mechanic that confuses tracking.
Twisted form of Goob. Rare-class chaser with a grab/throw mechanic.
Twisted form of Gourdy. Main-class Halloween Twisted with event-specific mechanics.
Twisted form of Looey. Common-class chaser; stronger in Blackouts.
Twisted form of Pebble. Main-class chaser with a roll/charge attack.
Twisted form of Poppy. Common-class baseline chaser.
Twisted form of Razzle & Dazzle. Uncommon-class dual-body Twisted.
Twisted form of Ribecca. Common-class chaser.
Twisted form of Rodger. Uncommon-class; his Research grants 10% instead of 5%.
Twisted form of Rudie. Common-class Christmas event Twisted.
Twisted form of Scraps. Rare-class with a leash/tether mechanic.
Twisted form of Shrimpo. Common-class baseline chaser.
Twisted form of Soulvester. Uncommon-class ghostly chaser.
Twisted form of Squirm. Rare-class with a worm-like movement pattern.
Twisted form of Teagan. Uncommon-class chaser.
Twisted form of Tisha. Common-class chaser.
Twisted form of Toodles. Uncommon-class chaser.
Twisted form of Yatta. Common-class chaser with a mobile kit.
What are Twisted forms?
Every playable Toon has a Twisted counterpart — a corrupted version that appears as an enemy. Twisted are how Dandy's World makes its characters into threats: the Toon you love to play as a survivor is the monster you run from when the lights go out.
Research is the key mechanic: encountering a new Twisted grants Research % toward unlocking its playable counterpart (especially Main Characters like Vee, Shelly, and Sprout). The full roster is being expanded as official data is verified — check back for new entries.
