Twisted Tisha's mechanic is the sweeping idle — a behavior quirk with outsized consequences.
The idle. Every so often, she stops for 10 seconds to sweep the floor. While idle, she effectively camps whatever she's near — a Machine becomes risky to extract, a passageway becomes blocked. In solo runs or without distractors, this stalls floor progression.
Ichor Leak synergy. If an Ichor Leak is active on her floor, she can sweep the Ichor Puddles — increasing their size to troublesome degrees. Enlarged puddles can block entire pathways or disrupt a distractor's intended looping area. Having a puddle-cleaning Toon (like the Toon Tisha) on the team helps — but leak puddles regenerate on their own, so she'll keep enlarging them.
Buff clearing. If a teammate's ability buffs Machines (extraction speed / Skill Check boosts), Twisted Tisha can sweep those Machines and remove the buffs, dropping extraction back to average.
Graffiti clearing (helpful). When Twisted Brusha is on the same floor, Tisha can sweep away the graffiti — removing the debuff from affected Machines. This alters her pathing, though — she may sweep her way right to you or a teammate.
The lure. When she's idle near a Machine, you can lure her into a different area, or simply wait until she moves on.
