Diary's effect is a flat 25% Stealth increase — the only guaranteed Stealth boost in the game.
The math: 5★ Stealth Toons (25 units) gain 5 units — effectively one extra Star (6★ Stealth). The gain scales with your base, so high-Stealth Toons benefit most.
Solar kiting (Bobette): the community's flagship use. In solar kiting, a Bobette stands still or walks opposite a 2-Stealth distractor. Because Bobette has the same Stealth as the distractor, Diary lets her avoid being seen while walking through Twisted crowds. It's not helpful when the distractor has *lower* Stealth than Bobette.
Stealth extraction: Diary keeps an extractor safe when a distractor (or Twisted) comes near — they don't have to duck out mid-extraction. Extractor/support Toons like Tisha or others benefit, making them higher-value than most distractor Toons.
