In-Depth Guide
# Flutter: The Dash Specialist Flutter is a Rare Toon in Dandy's World whose Active Ability, **Floaty Dash**, gives her a Walk Speed of **67.5** for a brief burst — making her one of the fastest burst-mobility Toons in the game, capable of outpacing even the fastest Twisteds during her dash. Community tier lists rank her **A in Surviving** and **B in Distracting**, with her high mobility being her defining trait. Here's the short version: Flutter is a mobility specialist. Her dash lets her cross floors and escape chases at extreme speed, and she's immune to Ichor Leak debuffs. Her weaknesses are 2★ Skill Check and poor extraction — she's not a machine Toon, she's a movement Toon.

Flutter's Abilities
Active Ability: Floaty Dash Flutter dashes with a Walk Speed of **67.5** — significantly faster than any Twisted's chase speed, including Twisted Dyle during her dash. The dash lasts only about three-quarters of a second and has a long cooldown, so it's a burst escape tool rather than sustained movement. Community references note it's also useful on Treadmill Machines thanks to her high mobility. [社区共识] Passive: Ichor Leak Immunity Community references confirm Flutter has Ichor Leak immunity — she's unaffected by the Illness/Slow debuffs and Ichor Stains from Ichor Puddles. This makes her notably safer on Ichor Leak floors. [社区共识]
How to Unlock Flutter
Exact unlock requirements are not present in the enriched dataset. [verify] What is confirmed: Flutter is a Rare Toon (her Twisted counterpart is marked `{{Type|Rare}}`). Notably, her Twisted form is **the only Rare Twisted that requires 100% Research to unlock her Toon counterpart** — most Rares require less. Plan for a full Research grind on Twisted Flutter. [官方]
Is Flutter Worth It?
Flutter's value is mobility. Her Floaty Dash is a burst escape that no Twisted can match during its short window, and her Ichor Leak immunity makes her a safe pick on messy floors. Community tier lists put her A in Surviving — she's genuinely hard to kill. The trade-offs: poor extraction and 2★ Skill Check mean she's dead weight on machines, and her dash's short duration + long cooldown means she can't rely on it constantly. She's best played as a survival/escape specialist in teams where other Toons handle extraction. Community verdict: A-tier survival specialist with elite burst mobility. Our provisional rating: **A tier** (Surviving role). [社区共识]
