Items are consumables you carry into floors in Dandy's World — from healing treats to extraction boosts. Knowing what each Item does (and when to use it) is a big part of surviving deeper floors.

What Are Items?

Items are one of two equippable slots in Dandy's World (alongside Trinkets). Unlike Trinkets — which provide passive effects — Items are consumables: you activate them for a one-time effect, from restoring health to boosting your speed or extraction rate mid-floor. They're found in floor drawers, bought from Dandy's Shop, or earned through events and Research.

Choosing which Items to bring is part of the strategy: a healer Toon wants healing Items, an extractor wants speed candies, and a solo runner wants survival tools. We're building out per-Item pages with the best use cases for every playstyle.
